Join a Roundtable Discussion on Parking Requirements for New Development Near Transit: AB 2097

I’m co-hosting a roundtable discussion with the City of San Mateo on the impacts of recent State of California legislation to eliminate parking requirements for new development near transit (AB 2097) to incentivize transit-oriented development. There are many questions from cities and developers on how to apply the law locally in conjunction with other policies. Supported by the California Parking and Mobility Association. Come with your questions/ thoughts and leave with the shared knowledge of your CMPA colleagues.

Join us on Wednesday, March 1 from 3:30 to 5:00pm at the San Mateo Public Library in the Laurel Room.
